About Stacia Davidson
In 2019, my husband and I moved to Mount Hood from Ohio, buying our first home in Welches to pursue a more adventurous lifestyle. That move changed everything. By 2020, I became a licensed Oregon Realtor®, and shortly after, my husband launched Salmon Valley Home Contracting LLC — cementing our ties to this mountain community.
Since then, I’ve helped dozens of buyers and sellers across the corridor, earning a strong local network that benefits my clients at every stage. Whether it’s finding the right property, navigating land use, or recommending a trusted contractor, I’m all in.
